Once in a while while scrolling social media something will pop up that makes you stop and say “YES” today the credit for that moment goes to Reese Witherspoon.

She posted a video about a girl asking for career advice and wondering how to have all the confidence in the world to start something totally new. Reese told her that she didn’t need all the confidence required to do the job, just the confidence to begin!!! The rest of the confidence would be gained while doing the job. Brilliant.

That is probably the best advice you could give ANYONE. No matter who you are, no matter what kind of task you are undertaking. You just need to have the confidence to get started! Begin the book, apply for the job, start singing the song, name your company. Just get started!

To everyone ready to begin something new, you can do it. Take a deep breath and make that first move. Remember you only need the confidence required to begin.
